February 2015 - Girl Scouts strive to “help people at all times” and Girl Scout Brownies will get the chance to do just that while earning their “Give Back” badge in a council-wide, give-back challenge that is a way of saying thanks to friends and neighbors for supporting the cookie sale.

November 2014 - The November Volunteer Newsletter is all about discovery as volunteers learn how girls can get involved with Change It Up! digitally, engage in online volunteer training, introduce Digital Cookie, which will enable girls to sell cookies online. September 2014 - As we get ready to end one year and transition into a new it is always good to reflect on why we are a volunteer-see what others have shared about their experiences. August 2014 - There is a lot to celebrate-the completion of the Camp Archbald dining hall, eight honorees at the Inspiring Generations Gala, and of course you! Join us at the Volunteer Kick-Off as we energize for the upcoming year!
July 2014 - July is an exciting time for volunteers to take advantage of some upcoming opportunities! Volunteers can learns something new and connect with other volunteers at our Volunteer Kick-Off Convention and outdoor training opportunities. Not to mention—a very special invite!
June 2014- We have plenty to celebrate in this Be Connected edition with a record breaking number of Gold Award recipients, passionate volunteers and a new look to our online store! We are in need for TAC volunteers AND there are great offers for volunteers. Read more to find out! May 2014- As we look forward to next year with Early Bird registration and getting fit with the Keep Movin’ Video (deadline May 28) we also remember our Board Secretary, Laura Muia, whose passion for Girl Scouting and brave approach will be missed sorely by her entire Girl Scout family.
April 2014 - Look for Early Bird Registration April 15-June 30! Sign up online for another action packed year of Girl Scouts and your Girl Scout will receive a free fun patch! It's time for your troop to put their dancing shoes on and compete in the Keep Movin' dance video competition. After your troop is done dancing, come hang at one of GSHPA's indoor traverse walls and climb away!
March 2014 - The GSHPA Annual Meeting registration is now open, but that isn't the only good news, the Girl Scout Cookie sale was extended until March 23! Be sure to register your Girl Scout for summer camp because spots are going fast, and check out the camp development plan updates.
February 2014 - In February’s Be Connected, we celebrate National Cookie Weekend, the opening of camp registration, and our Spring and Summer Outdoor Programs. Troops can get out and enjoy the spring weather with our Camp Work Days while volunteers can get a refresher on the Volunteer Essentials. It may be winter, but we are thinking spring!
January 2014 - 2014 just got a lot easier! With the Jan. 10th launch of our new online registration software called eBiz, registering for programs, trainings and even summer camp will be a whole lot easier. This new software will replace ECouncil as new girl program and adult training opportunities are introduced.

June 2013 - Check out GSHPA Camp Development Plan's progress! Don't forget just because your troop is taking a break from your traditional meeting schedule now that school is out for the summer doesn't mean you can't pull together that camping trip you never seemed to have time to take.
May 2013 - There's no time to waste! Re-register online today, and don't forget to sign your daughter up for summer camp. Camp season is in full swing next month!
April 2013- This month's buzz is GSHPA's Early Bird Membership Renewal, and, believe it or not, the brand new online process is simple. Check out the user video demos for step-by-step instructions.
March 2013 - Early Bird re-registration is right around the corner! GSHPA is offering 20% off any GSHPA online purchase totaling $25 or more to anyone (that's any girl or adult member) who re-registers for the 2013-2014 Girl Scout year using our new online registration process between April 10, 2013 and June 30, 2013.
February 2013- Mark your calendars for April 21, 2013, two-time softball Olympian and ESPN analyst Jessica Mendoza has confirmed she will kick-off Healthy Promise's council-wide effort to walk a million miles, at the Million Mile Walk in Wilkes-Barre.
January 2013- Didn't make it to the Regional Cookie Events? No worries, click to get an insider's look at GSHPA's Cookie College and Cookie Rally. Don't forget to add National Girl Scout Cookie Day to your February calendar and keep a lookout for the release of the Girl Scouts of the USA Centennial Silver Dollar.
