Camp Golden Pond

5126 Eberle Road | Petersburg, PA

Camp Golden Pond is located in Huntingdon County near Petersburg. Accommodations vary from modern facilities to rustic cabins. Covering seven acres, Lake Louise provides opportunities for boating and canoeing. Golden Pond also offers several nature and hiking trails.

In the summer, overnight accommodations can house up to 206 people. In the winter, established units can accommodate 110 people overnight. There is also space available for up to 356 people for daytime events. Details about available rental facilities are listed below.

Legacy Lodge (South Unit)
  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 30 people on mattresses on the floor
  • Commercial kitchen - Range, refrigerator, and sinks
  • Central heating and fireplace
  • Bathrooms with showers and flush toilets
  • *Overnight troop camping rentals do not include the use of commerical dishwasher, walk in coolers, grill or convection ovens.
Legacy Lodge (North Unit)
  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 30 people on mattresses on the floor

Palmer Barree
  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 26 people on bunk beds
  • Full kitchen with stove and refrigerator and year-round hot and cold running water

Palmer Tussey Ridge
  • Sleeping accommodations for up to 24 people on bunk beds

  Serendipity
  • Cabent unit with sleeping accommodations for up to 28 people on bunk beds
  • Shared kitchen shelter with gas range, refrigerator and seasonal running water
  • Shared bath house with showers, flush toilets and seasonal running water
Unit 11 Cabins One
  • Cabin unit with sleeping accommodations for up to 26 people on bunk beds
  • Shared kitchen shelter with gas range, refrigerator and seasonal running water
  • Shared bath house with showers, flush toilets and seasonal running water
Unit 11 Cabins Two
  • Cabin unit with sleeping accommodations for up to 18 people on bunk beds
  • Shared kitchen shelter with gas range, refrigerator and seasonal running water
  • Shared bath house with showers, flush toilets and seasonal running water
Wald Cabins
  • Cabin unit with sleeping accommodations for up to 24 people on bunk beds
  • Includes the use of a kitchen shelter with a gas range
  • Bath house with flush toilets and showers
