Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania has many great uses for its facilities for Girl Scouts, non Girl Scouts and businesses! Some suggestions are:
- Weddings - beautiful camp scenery and a great place for friends and family to stay overnight. No driving to a hotel after the reception!
- Family Reunions - need a large space to entertain and cook without having a mess at your house?
- Birthday Parties - great for kids and adults of any age! Get away from the hustle of your daily life and get back to nature and enjoy the outdoors, we have plenty of room.
- Corporate Retreats - there's room for breakout sessions and even space to spend the night.
- Artists - hold classes and groups at a beautiful outdoor surrounding.
- Church Youth Groups - plenty of room for everyone with extra rooms for different activities.
- Home Schooling - sneak away for a day or two for new teachings. Let nature be your classroom.
- Yoga Retreat – getaway, relax and reconnect with nature at one of our facilities.
- Scrapbooking, Quilting, Jewelry Making - need a place to run a program? Girls just want to get together for a place to meet? We're here.

Camp Locations

- Camp Archbald
Camp Archbald is located in the Endless Mountains in northeastern Pennsylvania and is steeped in tradition. It is the second oldest Girl Scout camp in the country! The grounds include forests, fields and a spring-fed glacial lake.
- Camp Echo Trail
Camp Echo Trail is located in southeastern York County along the banks of the Susquehanna River. Facilities range from modern lodges to rustic Adirondack huts and the majestic looking Indian Meadows tepee unit. There is also a challenge course, an archery field and a pool.
- Camp Furnace Hills
Camp Furnace Hills is located in northeastern Lancaster County. Accommodations range from modern facilities to rustic cabins and tents. The 19th century bank house located on the property is on the National Registry of Historic Places and home to the Foxfire Program.
- Camp Golden Pond
Camp Golden Pond is located in Huntingdon County near Petersburg. All accommodations are modern facilities with seasonal hot and cold running water. While visiting Golden Pond, campers will have access to Lake Louise, a man-made seven-acre wide lake, which provides opportunities for boating and canoeing. There are also several nature and hiking trails.
- Camp Happy Valley
Camp Happy Valley is located in Fairfield, Adams County. Modern facilities allow for year-round camping. Divided into upper camp (Skyloft) and lower camp (Aspen Lodge and Applewood Unit), Happy Valley can house two diverse groups; each with its own separate areas.
- Camp Louise
Founded in 1959, Camp Louise is located near Berwick in Columbia County. The 340 acre site has a 25 acre lake, hiking trails and walking paths. The woods offer great natural diversity with many species of wildlife. Canoes and kayaks are available for use on the lake.
- Camp Small Valley
Founded in 1955, Camp Small Valley is nestled on 762 acres in the wooded hills of upper Dauphin County about 30 miles north of Harrisburg. Accommodations range from modern year-round heated units to rustic cabins and tents. The Star (Science, Technology, and Adventure Researchers) Center, a state-of-the-art, science facility is located at Camp Small Valley and provides campers with the opportunity to learn about science in a fun camp environment.
